Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact projects of national and international importance from concept through completion. This role requires close collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams at Linkan. The successful candidate will bring proven project support experience-ideally in the government, commercial facilities, or infrastructure sectors-and will have the opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead water treatment projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring technical quality, budget control, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, vendors, and internal teams to deliver project objectives.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including scopes of work, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain project tools such as work breakdown structures (WBS), risk registers, issue logs, and decision logs.
• Contribute to and oversee the development of key project plans, including:
• Project Execution Plans
• Quality Management Plans
• Risk and Stakeholder Management Plans
• Facilitate regular project meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability across teams.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to track performance metrics and report variances.
• Support change control processes, contract management, and client reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 7 years of experience managing engineering projects, preferably in water treatment or environmental sectors.
• Demonstrated understanding of water treatment processes and infrastructure delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
