What Does the Job Entail?

Our work directly supports educators — and that means every person on our team plays a part in changing lives. As an Operations Administrator, you'll support the team by ensuring our people operations run smoothly. You'll assist with onboarding, hiring logistics, benefits coordination, and employee records. You'll also lend a hand with broader operations work — including finance tasks, compliance tasks, and general administrative support.

Core Responsibilities

Support the Operations team by assisting with:
    • Hiring logistics, including scheduling interviews, managing paperwork, and posting job openings
    • Onboarding and offboarding tasks to ensure smooth employee transitions
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
    • Benefits administration and employee communications
    • Employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives
    • Compliance tasks, such as posting labor posters and maintaining the employee handbook
    • Basic finance tasks, such as collecting paperwork, data entry, and payroll preparation
    • Documenting and improving standard operating procedures
    • Supporting special projects and cross-team coordination as needed

How Do I Know if I am Eligible to Apply?

  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. as a W2 employee
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience in HR, operations, or administrative work is a plus but not necessary for success
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace along the ability to learn new technology systems quickly; familiarity with HR tools is a bonus
  • Skilled in multitasking with a strong focus on execution and follow-through
  • High level of integrity, emotional intelligence, and discretion
  • Proactive and solutions-focused — notices gaps and takes initiative to fill them

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
