And we're growing! **The Role** Cognizant's Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) practice is seeking a dynamic Consulting Account Partner to spearhead our growth trajectory towards becoming the preeminent business and technology services partner for the Global 2000. As a strategic leader for our hyperscaler client, you will be responsible for expanding our consulting presence within key client accounts particularly in the Technology industry, developing and executing comprehensive account plans, and building deep and robust partnerships with client executives and leaders. This role demands a deep understanding of the client's business, industry trends, and Cognizant's consulting capabilities. You will drive revenue growth through proactive sales, delivery excellence, and the strategic leadership of go-to-market activities for a designated client or client cluster. As a Consulting Account Partner, you will drive account strategies to highlight and position our consulting capabilities that include 1) applying industry-specific domain knowledge and understanding of Cognizant's horizontal solutions to address client needs and requirements, 2) advising on and shaping client strategies, 3) delivering optimum solutions that delight clients, and 4) achieving client business goals. Apply now! **Key Responsibilities** · Strategically plan and build strong client relationships at the executive level, acting as a trusted advisor to identify and address their evolving needs, while ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders for seamless delivery. · Drive sales and business development by translating client needs into compelling proposals, expanding key accounts through proactive pitches and cross-selling, and fostering collaborative efforts across the organization to secure optimal client solutions. · Lead the successful delivery and execution of consulting engagements, ensuring profitability, measurable impact, and continuous improvement through innovation. · Cultivate a collaborative environment both internally and with clients, leverage industry expertise to strengthen Cognizant's offerings, and represent the company as a thought leader in relevant forums, ensuring the organization works cohesively to deliver optimal results. **Qualifications** · 15+ years of experience building and leading high-performing, results-oriented consulting teams, consistently exceeding engagement targets, controlling budgets, and driving financial success. · Deep knowledge of industry trends and a robust network of contacts within professional organizations and industry forums, particularly in the technology sector. · Proven expertise in the cloud marketplace, including hyperscaler clients and cloud delivery solutions, with a deep understanding of the cloud product landscape and its ability to address complex business challenges. · Experienced driving successful transformation in technology and/or Cloud organizations encompassing the customer, partner, and employee lifecycles · International experience driving global initiatives is a plus **Work Authorization** · Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) **Salary and Other Compensation:** Applications will be accepted until May 18, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $165,000 - $193,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
